If you are not satisfied with your juicer for any reason, our return policy lasts 60 days!
To be eligible for a return, your juicer must have all accessories, manuals and packaging it came with and be in proper working condition.
To initiate a return, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-888-560-1740 with your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for this credit to apply will depend on the company operating your payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all valuable items being returned. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a product arrives to you defective or damaged, it is covered by the manufacturer warranty and must be replaced by the manufacturer. Please review the warranty information included with your juicer after making your purchase.
If you need any help, we will be happy to assist you in setting up an RMA warranty return with the appropriate manufacturer.
Commercial/Industrial Juicers ONLY:
For ALL commercial/industrial juicers, for our 60-day return policy to apply the juicer MUST be unused and in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. We cannot accept returns of used commercial/industrial juicers. This includes the following models:
